How To Join Crossroads Community Bible Church
Commit your life to Christ by first asking Him to take over your life as your Savior and Lord. And then, confess that commitment before His church.
Follow Christ in His command of Baptism of the Believer. CCBC can help you obey that if you tell the leaders of the Body.
If you have had Believer's Baptism and your membership is in another Biblical church elsewhere, you can transfer your membership while you live here. We'd gladly recommend you for membership in another church when you leave this area.
Or if you do not want to become a full-pledged member, apply for "Associate Membership" while living in this area. This will enable you to function like a regular member, except to hold a position of leadership and vote during the Church's business meetings.
Why Join a Local New Testament Church?
Jesus has designed that His followers be organized together as a distinct body for regular worship, assembly, mutual equipping and cooperative ministry. (Matt. 16:16-18; Eph. 1:15-23; 2:19-22; Heb. 10:24-25)
Jesus calls His followers to be openly identified as His own and belong to each other, dedicated to promote His Kingdom's cause and committed to be accountable to each other. This can be possible only if believers openly and officially band themselves into a local Body of Christ. (Matt. 10:25-33; Acts 2:41-47; John 10:27-30; 15:16-19)
Jesus has commissioned His followers to reach "all Nations" with His Gospel. This task can be done effectively and systematically only as His children band themselves and work together as one body or team. Much more so because our time to accomplish our mission is limited. (Matt. 28:16-20; 24:1-51)
